1. Who can order
You must be the age of majority in your province. We ship to Canadian addresses only. US orders are by quote only (see our Shipping Policy).
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and don’t include tax or shipping. Both are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. We charge GST/HST based on the province we ship to (GST/HST # 72629 4317 RT0001).
3. Orders and pricing errors
Your order confirmation email is not our acceptance of the order. We accept your order when we ship it.
If a product is out of stock, or is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. If we cancel, we’ll tell you promptly.
4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times and costs are in our Shipping Policy.
Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
5. Returns, refunds and defects
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.
We’ll replace or refund products that are defective or that we shipped in error, as that policy sets out.
6. Trade (B2B) accounts
Trade accounts are for registered businesses. We approve applications at our discretion.
Trade pricing is confidential and may change. We may close an account that is misused.
7. Product use
Product descriptions, sizes and load information are provided in good faith, but you are responsible for choosing products suitable for your project.
You’re also responsible for installing them according to the manufacturer’s instructions and your local building code.
For structural work, consult a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or labour costs.
This section doesn’t limit rights a consumer has by law.

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Xtreme eDeals Inc. or its licensors.
Don’t copy them without our written permission.
10. Governing law
The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms.
Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to use another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
